First session guide

Walk in nervous.Leave knowing.

The biggest barrier is not fitness. It is uncertainty. This section answers the questions most people are too polite to ask.

Do I need gloves?

No. Bring hand wraps if you own them, but we keep spare gloves for first sessions.

Will I get hit?

Not in beginners, fitness boxing or junior starters. Contact is coached, controlled and opt-in.

Am I fit enough?

Yes. The first job is showing up. Coaches scale rounds so you can work safely.

Can parents watch?

Yes. Junior sessions have a parent viewing area and clear safeguarding standards.

Coaches sell trust

Know your corner.

Visible coaches make the club feel human, safe and specific. Especially for beginners, juniors and parents.

Community proof

Not testimonials.Stories.

This is where the site proves the club is not just bags, pads and bravado. It is local trust, progress and people.

Aisha

Walked in nervous. Now she leads warm-ups.

Aisha started in women-only beginners with no gloves and no idea what to expect. Six months later she trains twice a week and helps welcome new members.

Tyler

Junior academy to school confidence.

Tyler joined at ten to build focus and coordination. His parents say the biggest change is how he carries himself outside the gym.

Mark

Lost weight, found a room that kept him honest.

Mark tried normal gyms for years. Boxing gave him structure, coaches who noticed, and a community that expected him back.
